The most effective resolutions to conflicts or differences of opinion are the ones that don't involve fighting or arguing. You should only fight if you have to, and avoid fighting battles on dying ground. Ie: Avoid fighting battles you are likely going to lose. You should also avoid fighting when victory will not grant you a desirable outcome. Why fight or argue with someone who doesn't have anything you want or need? It's also never a good idea to fight on all fronts at the same time. If you must engage in conflict, employ strategy first, then leverage your intellectual and / or physical power, skills and tools.
